ALL TUCKERED OUT! It was quite a long drive to Ekalaka,MT but we finally made it! It normally would take Bryan and myself around 10 hours to get there... having a baby CHANGED that number dramatically. First of all we packed EVERYTHING that we could think of, for every "what if" situation that could arise for Payton. So our car was packed to the max. We left after Bry got off work (5 o'clock) and made it to Billings by 11:30pm. we decided to stay the night in Billings and drive the rest of the way the next day. It was a great idea because we probably would have got to Ekalaka by 4 AM. So we stopped for a much needed sleep. Overall Payton was a "pretty good" driver esspecially for his first time driving a REALLY long distance... but after a while he just wasnt having his carseat Anymore. So we got to Grandma and Grandpa Hamblins house at 1 o'clock Sunday mornin. After being hugged and kissed by grandma and great grandma out lil tyke fell right to sleep for a brief but desperately needed nap. We Had a WONDERFUL trip. It was quite a long drive for such short time with Bryans parents, but was WELL WORTH IT! Bryan's parents home is so warm and inviting. I can't wait to plan our next trip out there.

It was such a wonderful experience to see Great Grandma Hamblin. I was so glad that Payton got a chance to be held and loved by her this weekend. Payton is her 72nd Great Grandbaby!!! When she told me that I nearly fell out of my chair. That's quite a lot of babies! Her Nickname is Grandma-Great! She is JUST THAT!

Grandma and Grandpa Hamblin admiring our sweet payton boy! It was so cute to see Jack (Bryan's dad) this big burley man, turn to MUSH when he talked payton. It was a cute sight to see.

Man Payton LOVED being with "Gramma Hunny!" (That's celinda's nickname!) I'm pretty sure that Gramma hunny was happy to have him there too! :)
